Shopping should be risk-free. If something you ordered isn't quite right, we'll make it right — simply and quickly. Here's how our returns process works.
Return Policy at a Glance
- Window: 30 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with original packaging
- Refund method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Exchanges: Available for size/variant swaps — same process as a return
- Return shipping: Free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, a prepaid label is provided and $4.99 is deducted from your refund.
What Can Be Returned?
We accept returns on most items sold by Face 2 Face Fun. The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Opened consumable items (paints, clays, adhesives)
- Digital downloads
- Items without original packaging or that show signs of use
How to Start a Return
- Email us at returns@face2facefun.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any UPS location.
- Once we receive and inspect the return (usually 2–3 business days), your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@face2facefun.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds to credit/debit cards: 5–7 business days
- Refunds to PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Shop Pay / store credit: 1–2 business days
You'll receive an email confirmation the moment your refund is processed.
