Domestic Shipping (United States)
Free Standard Shipping
All US orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping — no promo code needed. It's applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Options & Rates
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $4.99 for orders under $50; FREE for orders $50+
- Expedited Shipping (2 business days): $9.99
- Overnight Shipping (next business day): $19.99
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days ship the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are packed and handed to our carrier within 1 business day of being placed. During peak seasons (holidays, sale events) processing may take up to 2 business days.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. You can also check order status by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Carrier delays occasionally happen, especially during peak holiday periods. If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days (US) or 25 business days (international) of the shipping date, please contact us at orders@thedistributionsolutions.com and we'll investigate right away.
